Vobla's textures for ALT1: Men



description





Adaptation (with a few changes) of Vobla's textures to the ALT1 set, following the same logic as other ALT1 and ALT2 textures and related adaptations.*


All textures are uncompressed in 4K resolution. Manual installation ONLY.


*The neck and hand seams are universal, as is usual with my ALT1/ALT2 series - you can use Svein's head textures with the default ALT1 body texture and Sakhr's hands textures. So, the usual.

That applies to specular maps, which are also universal, so (for example) if you like the look of Sakhr's face, but want to use the redguard's specular map from my textures, you can.


This feature does not cover separate genital textures (where appliable) so you shouldn't mix those.

Whatever malebody_1.dds texture you decide to use, make sure you're using the corresponding genital textures.



Features





  • same 10 supported body meshes (Better Males Cut/Uncut, HIMBO, Males Of Skyrim by zzjay, SAM, SAM Light, SOS, SOS Light, The New Gentleman, vanlla).
  • I replaced a few areas to make sure the textures fit the ALT series. For the same reason I've adjusted the contrast and the colors of the textures.
  • I changed the shape of the nostrils, eyelids, ears and lips to fit with the mod's normalmaps and other textures.

  • With that said. I DON'T WANT TO SEE A SINGLE PIXEL OF MY CONTENT ON LOVERSLAB. Including these edits.
  • If you want to use Vobla's textures to post on LL, use the originals; they're BETTER without my edits anyway: some detail was lost or replaced in the process of adapting them and changing the contrast and color values.
  • I repeat for the 100th time: If you want to post something on LL, just don't use my edits. I know some people will do so anyway. I don't care. I write this out there so the people who are actually interested know: I don't (or wouldn't) want it there.
