Books and paper retexture

This retexture may reduce GPU load, because by default Skyrim uses two sets of 100% identical textures with different resolution (512p for world and 1024p for inventory). This mod uses only one set of textures in 2048p (DXT1) for both inventory & "world" model.

All textures of all books and journals combined weigh only 125MB.

The world model now has text you can read. It will be the same for all books and all pages, but it's better than an empty page in my opinion.

• Unique book covers for unique books;
• Unfortunately, some non-unique books use "unique" meshes. The books are pretty though.
• Unused book02ms06&book02da01 have their own textures in case these books are returned in-game.
